With more than 30 years of experience as a soft skills program facilitator, Tessie is very passionate about facilitating retirement or voluntary resignation preparation programs, in a practical, unique, easy to implement approach and have a real impact on thousands of program participants.

Tessie completed her BA and MA in Psychology in the US and an MBA in Training and Development in the UK. Tessie lived in the US, UK, Australia and Singapore for over 30 years. With her team, she completed CFP (Certified Financial Planning).

Tessie believes every individual needs to be fully developed and contribute to the lives of others. Together with Joshua, she is actively doing social work in both Indonesia and Singapore. More than 3,000 parents and teachers attended smart teaching seminars in various cities in Indonesia.

The driving factor for writing and facilitating retirement preparation programs in recent years has been her belief that the last chapter in one's life is the most important. Tessie confronts her program participants with 2 choices: to be a burden or to be a blessing for their families and communities.
